The call PO FESR 2014/2020 ACTION 3.5.1-01 of 23/06/2017 provides for a non-refundable contribution of 80% of the project amount, it follows that the obtainable contribution will be 791 thousand euros.The project is regularly placed in the ranking with all the necessary authorizations, in order to be able to proceed at the beginning of the works, whose duration is expected in 18 months by agreement, already signed on 12/12/2018.Before the start of the works, an advance of 40% of the loan can be requested.
ECONOMIC PROPOSAL FOR LEASE AND SALE OF THE COMPANY
The sale of shares of the company (srl) with approved project and financing, can take place, for the maintenance of the requisites required in the regional call PO FESR 2014/2020 ACTION 3.5.1-01 of 23/06/2017, currently in the measure of 49 % of the shares and 51% of the shares upon completion of the intervention, after three years of management subject to checks by the relevant Bodies and at the same time as the signing of the deed of purchase of the leased units. The sale price of the company is 100 thousand euros, divided as follows: 49 thousand euros at the time of the first sale of the shares and 51 thousand euros at the total sale of the remaining part. The purchaser is responsible for the costs for the management of the works and the balance of the consultancy.
The sale of the company is subject to the lease, with a purchase option, of the buildings owned by the company
lessee – seller, as described above.
The lease for the buildings is as follows:
– maximum rental period 5 years
– annual rent of 60 thousand euros + VAT (so divided into 24 thousand + VAT lease account and 36 thousand euros + VAT purchase account)
– initial fee on purchase account 30 thousand + VAT
The total sale price of the properties, which must be settled at the deed, within a maximum of 5 years from the lease, without the advance payments already made, as specified above.
